Trudy Locklear

Trudy Burgess Locklear, age 58, of 230 Bradley Loop Road, Ellenboro, NC, died Sunday, August 2, 2009 at her residence.
A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Calvin Burgess and Flo Moore Burgess. Trudy enjoyed arts and crafts and was the owner and operator of Lost Indian Flowers and Gifts. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband Wade Locklear; one daughter, Michelle Walker of Savannah, GA; two brothers, Eddie Burgess of Mooresboro and Larry Burgess of Ellenboro; two granddaughters, Alexis Owens and Chaslyn Walker; a special cousin, Jenny Limerick; two step-sons, Stephen Locklear and Christopher Locklear both of Maxton, NC; two step-daughters, Wendy Locklear and Connie Locklear also of Maxton. She is also survived by a number of step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and her beloved pet, CoCo.
