William Street

William 'Logan' Street, age 41, of Shingle Hollow, died Thursday, October 6, 2011 at his residence.
Logan was born on June 11, 1970 in Rutherford County, NC to the late James Cecil Street and Mildred Hill Street of Shingle Hollow. He worked at Stonecutter Mill and also for Woodlands Nursing Home for several years. He was a member of Sonrise Baptist Church in Polk County. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and especially spending time with his children and grandson.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Brenda Funderburke.
Besides his mother, survivors include his wife of 15 years, Candace Street; one daughter, Amanda Street of Union Mills; one son, Bruce Street of the home; a grandson, Hunter Street; two sisters, Wanda King of Mooresboro and Linda Hill of Bostic; three brothers, Eugene Street and wife, Shannon of Shingle Hollow, Charles Street and wife, Judy also of Shingle Hollow and Chris Street of Harris.
